Tom Pavek - Area Manager

Tom Pavek, Area Manager, joined ARM in 2020 as a Credit Analyst. Since then he has worn many hats at ARM including Loan Officer and Crop Insurance Agent. He assumed the Area Manager leadership role in 2023.

Previously Tom worked in banking in Fargo, ND as a universal banker and business banking representative. Tom graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in December of 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business finance.
