Chad Hunter, Area Manager, has been with ARM since 2015 serving farmers and agribusinesses in North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina. He spent five years in commercial lending prior to that, which is where he began his ag banking career. Chad and his wife, Corrie, have two children, Spencer and Madilyn. Chad enjoys all things outdoors especially grilling and playing golf.

Woody Horton, Loan Officer, is a native of Southeastern North Carolina where he spent his summers working on a blueberry farm. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Political Science and Ag Business Management. He is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and is a past Rotarian. In his spare time Woody enjoys attending sporting events, traveling, golf, and keeping up with his chocolate Labrador Retriever.

Darla Fleming, Business Support Manager, spent most of her childhood growing up in Southeastern New Mexico, but has lived in North Carolina for over 25 years where she has raised her two kids. An active member of the NC Baptists On A Mission, Darla enjoys spending her time outside and assisting with disaster relief efforts as much as possible.

Tyler Petty, Credit Analyst, hails from Eastern North Carolina where he and his brother grew up on a small farm. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barton College, where he was also played baseball. Tyler has two beautiful children.

Liza Thompson, Credit Analyst has more than ten years of mortgage lending experience. She has a MA in Management & Leadership degree from Liberty University and BBA in Management degree from APSU. She’s a native of Southeast NC and enjoys day trips to the beach with her family, having girls-night with her young daughter, and morning workouts at the gym.
