Thomas Davey - Area Manager

Tom Davey, Area Manager, joined ARM in 2018 with over 30 years of banking/agricultural lending experience. Previously, he was responsible for all of commercial lending for a privately owned bank helping grow that bank’s presence in south Texas. Tom also spent 14 years with a large regional bank in the midwest. He has been married to Ann for 28 years and they have two sons and two grandchildren and lives in Jonesboro. Tom graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. An avid sports fanatic and lifelong Patriots and Red Sox fan.

Challie Hall, Office Manager, was born and raised in North East Arkansas. She has worked at ARM since October 2020. She loves spending time outside with her husband and son. Their family will grow in the fall of 2021 with the birth of their twins.

Marley Rhoades, Credit Analyst, grew up in Armorel, a small town in rural Northeast Arkansas. While her family was not involved in agriculture, it was still all around. She loved watching the cycle of row crops being planted, grown, and harvested, and knew from a young age that she had a passion for agriculture. Rhoades graduated from Arkansas State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. She has worked in lending since graduating college, with five years of that being in agriculture lending. Marley currently resides in Brookland, Arkansas with her husband John and their dog Abby. They enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Ginny Gilbert, Senior Loan Officer, was raised in Hayti, Mo. located in Southeast Missouri. She went to college at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Ark., where she still currently lives with her husband Kevin. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance and has worked in banking and finance since she was 18 years old. Ginny's first job was as a bank teller in her home town. After moving to college, she got another job as a part-time bank teller in Jonesboro. She worked there for three years while attending school. After college, she knew she wanted to remain in the banking and finance industry, so she got her first full-time job as a Real Estate Loan Processor. This was her first experience in working with the lending side of the finance industry and she knew that’s where she wanted to stay. In February of 2015, she joined the ARM team as the Office Manager for Jonesboro. Working here has taught her not only how to be a resource for the growers in their area, but the importance of the agriculture industry and impact it has not only in Northeast Arkansas but our nation.

ARM offers crop financing based on the crop, not your land or equipment.

We don’t loan on equity. Our crop financing is based on crop, crop insurance, and program payments. Get the operating funds you need without using your land as collateral.

ARM helps farmers mitigate risk with crop insurance.

Growers will always take a healthy crop over an insurance check, but you have to be prepared. Our crop insurance comes with our legacy of trust and partnership.

ARM provides farmers a wide range of real estate options.

We provide a range of flexible real estate options to meet the needs of all farmers, ranging from debt consolidation to cash out to new purchases with terms and amortizations up to 30 years at competitive market rates.

ARM offers farmers financial options for new and used equipment.

Finding equipment to purchase can be difficult or even impossible at times. Our lease referral program works for both new and used equipment, and helps guarantee you have the technology your operation needs.

ARM offers farmers crop storage loans.

A crop storage loan allows for maximum market carry and timely production loan repayment.
