Tom also spent 14 years with a large regional bank in the midwest. He has been married to Ann for 28 years and they have two sons and two grandchildren and lives in Jonesboro. Tom graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA. An avid sports fanatic and lifelong Patriots and Red Sox fan.
Challie Hall, Office Manager, was born and raised in North East Arkansas. She has worked at ARM since October 2020. She loves spending time outside with her husband and son. Their family will grow in the fall of 2021 with the birth of their twins.
Marley Rhoades, Credit Analyst, grew up in Armorel, a small town in rural Northeast Arkansas. While her family was not involved in agriculture, it was still all around. She loved watching the cycle of row crops being planted, grown, and harvested, and knew from a young age that she had a passion for agriculture. Rhoades graduated from Arkansas State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business. She has worked in lending since graduating college, with five years of that being in agriculture lending. Marley currently resides in Brookland, Arkansas with her husband John and their dog Abby. They enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Ginny Gilbert, Senior Loan Officer, was raised in Hayti, Mo. located in Southeast Missouri. She went to college at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Ark., where she still currently lives with her husband Kevin. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance and has worked in banking and finance since she was 18 years old. Ginny's first job was as a bank teller in her home town. After moving to college, she got another job as a part-time bank teller in Jonesboro. She worked there for three years while attending school. After college, she knew she wanted to remain in the banking and finance industry, so she got her first full-time job as a Real Estate Loan Processor. This was her first experience in working with the lending side of the finance industry and she knew that’s where she wanted to stay. In February of 2015, she joined the ARM team as the Office Manager for Jonesboro. Working here has taught her not only how to be a resource for the growers in their area, but the importance of the agriculture industry and impact it has not only in Northeast Arkansas but our nation.
