Ginny Gilbert - Area Manager
Ginny Gilbert, Area Manager and Crop Insurance Agent, was raised in Southeast Missouri. She attended college at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR, where she still lives with her husband and daughter. Ginny has a bachelor’s degree in finance and has worked in banking and finance since she was 18 years old. In February of 2015, Ginny joined ARM as the Office Manager of the Jonesboro office. She has worked in multiple positions at ARM during her 8 years, including Credit Analyst, Crop Insurance Agent, and Sr. Loan Officer. Ginny currently acts as the Area Manager for ARM - Jonesboro and services Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri.
Marley Rhoades, Credit Analyst and Crop Insurance Agent, grew up in Armorel, a small town in rural Northeast Arkansas. While her family was not involved in agriculture, it was still all around. She loved watching the cycle of row crops being planted, grown, and harvested, and knew from a young age that she had a passion for agriculture. Rhoades graduated from Arkansas State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business. She has worked in agricultural lending since graduating college. Rhoades joined the Jonesboro ARM team in 2017 as the Office Manager and currently acts as a Credit Analyst. She resides in Brookland, Arkansas with her husband and their daughter.
Challie Hall, Credit Analyst and Crop Insurance Agent, was raised in Brookland, AR. Growing up, she had many friends whose families farmed in the area and in high school was involved in FFA and FBLA. She started out at ARM in October of 2020 as the Office Manager. She loves being involved in the finance side of agriculture and takes great pride in her work helping our customers. Challie and her husband reside in Bono with their three children, and they love spending time outdoors together.
Gabby Sherman, Office Manager, was born and raised in Jonesboro, where she still resides. She joined ARM in January of 2023. Before joining ARM, Gabby worked as a Financial Advisor Assistant. While not being involved in agriculture growing up, she has grown to love the finance side of agriculture, the farmers, and services that ARM provides to the farming community.
