Area Manager Dan Grube is a graduate of the University of Toledo, and went on to work in community, business, and middle-market banking as an ag lender until joining the ARM team in 2017. He grew up on a family farm which is owned and operated by his brother. Dan enjoys being part of the ARM team because he gets to stay close to his first love in life—farming. He says, “My first love was farming, but I think I enjoy ag lending more now because I can do more with it, and the array of people I get to meet and work with is so vast. We’re helping farmers and agribusinesses flourish—not just in my home state of Ohio or where I work in Michigan, but nationally.”

Senior Loan Officer Jill Miller joined ARM in 2019. Coming from a farming background, Jill developed a love to serve and support farmers. She has held various advisory roles throughout her career, ranging from ag lending, loan documentation, underwriting, and credit. Prior to her time with ARM, Jill was an Ag Business Lender with Northstar Bank, where she began her career in 2001. Jill takes pride in her ability to develop, foster, and advise farmers on their financial wellbeing. Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Saginaw Valley State University and sits on the board of the Farm Women’s’ Symposium as Program Chairwoman. Together with her husband Jeff, they make their home in Kinde, Michigan, and have two grown children, Haley and Jack.
