Wade's life has revolved around agriculture from growing up on a farm in North Central Kansas working with hogs, cattle, crops and heavy equipment to ag finance in one form or another. After receiving a BS in Ag Economics from K-State, he was an Ag Loan Officer in a regional credit union in Kansas. Then Wade went to work for ADM, initially managing credit for the ag input locations in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. He spent the last 5 years managing credit for their transportation, edible bean, cotton, and eastern US grain divisions in addition to global agricultural and ethanol analysis projects. After leaving ADM, Wade returned to Kansas to manage a bank. Prior to starting at ARM, Wade worked for Cooperative Finance Company managing collections and risk.

Wade has two kids one that just recently graduated college and one that will be graduating high school soon. When not running to kids’ events and working, he enjoys traveling and remodeling houses.
