Taylor Gibson comes to ARM with over 7 years working experience in the agriculture industry. His background ranges from hands-on row crop, forage, and cattle operations to his recent career with CNH Industrial managing agriculture equipment implements throughout the Dakotas and Minnesota. After growing up on a farm in Northeast South Dakota, Taylor attended South Dakota State University prior to earning his master’s degree in finance. He, his wife, and family currently live in the Sioux Falls area.

Katie Klemme, Credit Analyst, grew up in Lennox, South Dakota and has been with ARM since 2021. She graduated South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy and minor in Agricultural Business. She has gained a variety of agricultural experiences through internships with Central Farmers Coop, Bayer Crop Science and South Dakota Farm Bureau. She currently lives on an acreage outside of Sioux Falls with her husband and their two dogs.

Kaycee Walter, Office Manager, has been with ARM since 2022. She joined us with previous banking experience and graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and minor in Agricultural Marketing. She grew up around agriculture where her family raises cow/calf pairs, crops, and were also competitive in beef show cattle. Kaycee currently lives in Sioux Falls with her many houseplants.
